Terms and Conditions

Congratulations on winning one of our trophies! We hope you enjoyed displaying your trophy and proudly showing it off to your friends and family. Having accepted the trophy, this is a gentle reminder that you are required to return your trophy/cup/rose bowl to the Christchurch Vocal Competitions Society at your own expense. The trophy/cup/rose bowl must be returned by the date you will be Email at the latest. 

Your are required to have your First and Last name engraved on the perpetual trophy/cup/rose bowl at your own expense. 

If damage or loss occurs while this trophy/cup/rose bowl is in your possession, or during engraving or shipping, you will be responsible for the purchase of an appropriate replacement trophy/cup/rose bowl of comparable value. 

Once engraved and polished, please pack carefully (with lots of bubble wrap, confetti, ect) to minimise the possibility of damage while shipping. 

Delivered in person or shipping via UPS or Courier is recommended as you can insure and track the package easily. Please keep a copy of the tracking information, just in case.
